The Center for Elder Law & Justice has partnered with Lake Shore Savings Bank to utilize the Senior Financial Safety Tool (SFST). The SFST is a web-based application that screens older adults for common warning signs of financial exploitation. Our goal is to develop a detection and referral system so that we can work collaboratively to provide quality, person-centered services to older victims of financial abuse. If you would like to complete a brief self-assessment to review your financial safety, the SFST can be found at: https://probononet.neotalogic.com/a/sfst
The Senior Financial Safety Tool project is supported through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, Office for Victims of Crime award number 2018-V3-GX-K024.
