RHONDA DIPRONIO

Social Worker 

Originally from Colden, NY, Rhonda began working at CELJ in the Spring of 2019. She is responsible for regular visits with Guardianship clients, as well as assisting the other legal units when needed. Rhonda holds an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice/Police (with honors) from Erie Community College, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from SUNY Geneseo (magna cum laude). She graduated from Erie County Law Enforcement Training Academy, and formerly worked in the areas of law enforcement, senior care case management, domestic violence and rape crisis advocacy. She currently participates in the Southtowns Coalition, Council on Elder Abuse, Erie County Coalition Against Family Violence, and the Enhanced Multi-Disciplinary Teams coordinated by CELJ. Rhonda is also a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society.

Rhonda grew up assisting in caregiving for her grandmother, who suffered with Alzheimer’s disease – there is a special place in her heart for the elderly population.
