KEVIN QUINN

Director of Impact Litigation

Kevin serves as the Director of Impact Litigation at the Center for Elder Law & Justice. Kevin’s focus is centered on bringing affirmative litigation with the goal of implementing institutional and systemic change for the benefit of Western New York’s most vulnerable individuals.

Prior to his role of serving as Director of Impact Litigation, Kevin supervised the Housing Unit at CELJ, focusing on eviction prevention and foreclosure defense. Kevin also supervised the Consumer Unit, litigating cases on behalf of clients in response to consumer and medical debts. Kevin’s representation has helped thousands to maintain housing and financial stability.

Kevin has been with CELJ since 2012. He is a member of the Erie County and the New York State Bar Associations. Kevin graduated from Niagara University in 2007 and the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in Lansing, Michigan in 2010.
