Rachel joined CELJ in March of 2017 with 10 years of dynamic HR and operations experience. She leads all HR provisions, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the agency mission and talent strategy. She also manages all aspects of day-to-day administrative functions and is accountable for the smooth functioning of the organization, setting up business objectives as well directing operational staff.
Rachel holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Psychology, both from Niagara University. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and volunteers for The Alzheimer’s Association and WomanUpBuffalo. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Old First Ward Community Center.
