Kelly Palmer

Social Worker

Kelly is a social worker at Center for Elder Law and Justice working in the Elder Abuse and Guardianship Units.  Kelly assists where needed including providing linkage to clients for resources to meet their various needs in area programs such as housing assistance, homecare/healthcare, mental health, financial assistance and any other programs or services clients may need to continue residing safely in the community.  Kelly graduated from Jamestown Community College with an AS in Human Services and then from SUNY Fredonia with a Bachelor’s in Social Work.  Kelly has worked alongside several agencies in Chautauqua County and has extensive knowledge of the resources available to Chautauqua County residents.  Kelly has worked with the elder and disabled population for the past 20 years by working as a social worker and discharge planner in skilled nursing facilities and then as a Service Coordinator in the homecare sector.
