ELIZABETH DOLATA

Staff Attorney

Elizabeth C. Dolata is a staff attorney at the Center for Elder Law & Justice, where she works with the MedLaw Partnership of Western New York, Kaleida Division. The medical-legal partnership between CELJ and Kaleida Health has the goal of improving health outcomes and quality of life for individuals through access to free civil legal services.

Prior to joining CELJ, Elizabeth worked at a private law firm practicing consumer defense.

Elizabeth grew up in Western New York and graduated cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh in 2013 and magna cum laude from SUNY Buffalo Law School in 2017. Elizabeth is a member of the Bar Association of Erie County.
