Elder Law Day

Elder Law Day is a free event open to the public which aims to provide up-to-date legal information on issues important to older adults and their caregivers. The day includes legal presentations by attorneys and experts on numerous legal issues such as, patient rights and advocacy, Medicaid & Medicare, estate and advance care planning, and more. Participants can also register for a free 15-minute, one-on-one consultation with a private attorney, and receive expert advice from community agencies tabling throughout the event.
Interested attendees are encouraged to register ahead of time at erie.gov/ELD. Those who are registered will receive a free lunch, raffle tickets for a basket raffle and a reusable canvas bag with program materials inside. You can also register by clicking on the button below.
